You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Access to the Service is provided under subscription plans (including Ecommerce Starter, POD Pro, POD Studio, and Enterprise plans) as described on our Pricing page. Features available to you depend on your selected plan.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at signup) and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

We may change subscription pricing with prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with your use of the Service, except taxes based on our net income.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to your storefront.

You are solely responsible for the products you list, the accuracy of product descriptions and pricing, and compliance with all applicable consumer protection, advertising, and product safety laws in the jurisdictions where you sell.

You must have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any artwork, designs, images, text, trademarks, or other content ("Merchant Content") you upload to the Platform, including content submitted by your customers through the product customizer.

You are responsible for fulfilling your obligations to your own customers, including order accuracy, delivery timelines, refunds, and customer service, except to the extent fulfillment is directly handled by a print fulfillment partner integrated through the Platform.

You must not use the Service to sell counterfeit goods, infringe intellectual property rights, or list products that are illegal, fraudulent, or that violate applicable law.

The Platform integrates with third-party payment gateways, shipping carriers, and print fulfillment partners (each, a "Third-Party Provider"). Your use of any Third-Party Provider is subject to that provider's own terms and policies, which we encourage you to review.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or performance of any Third-Party Provider, including payment processing failures, shipping delays, or production errors originating from a fulfillment partner.

Print-ready file generation, mockups, and production specifications are generated automatically based on the information and files you or your customers provide. You are responsible for reviewing outputs where the Platform provides a preview or approval step before an order proceeds to production.

The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by LP Cloud Lab and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform.

You retain complete ownership of your Merchant Content. By uploading Merchant Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and process that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, generating product mockups or print-ready files).

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
